Caroline has consulted with ENN since 2017 focusing on Infant Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) Core Group projects. Previously, Caroline consulted with UNICEF in Lebanon on Early Childhood Development; the Global Nutrition Cluster on inter-sectoral collaboration; UNICEF and WFP on the development of an integrated multi-sectoral training package for nutrition; and with Action Against Hunger on Nutrition in Emergencies (NiE) training for Myanmar, Indonesia, ASEAN countries, and Lebanon.
Caroline has a master’s degree in public health and over 31 years of experience in managing nutrition and public health programs in the field and at headquarters. Caroline held senior positions at the International Medical Corps and technical advisory and management positions at USAID’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance and the Bureau of Global Health. Caroline is interested in working on holistic approaches to NiE including IFE, early childhood development, and capacity building.
